Elk Calf Born!
A baby elk was just born next door to us! Mom has been walking around all day making noise so we knew her time was close. Here is mom and her new little one!
Wow, don't you just love Yellowstone National Park!
Update on Mom and baby. Mom has moved the baby down to Hwy 89. The little one is still very shaky on his legs but doing well. Mom is chasing everyone away from her calf. I guess I was lucky to get the photos I did since mom doesn't want anyone near her now.
